Perfect, fairly clean place and fairly quiet area. Spotless room, as well as competent staff. In the middle of the city, very convenient. For tea or coffee visit Biner nearby. Local and outstanding food for breakfast.

Beautiful rooms that are peaceful and spotless, offering a picturesque view of the Matterhorn from a cozy balcony. the breakfast spread is extensive and enjoying it while taking in the stunning Matterhorn view is a real treat! 🏔️

Fairly clean and high quality place, has exceptionally good views of the sunrise on the Matterhorn. The units are attractive, brand-new.

Enjoyed my stay in a spacious, modern room with amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and comfortable bed, along with excellent service.

This hotel is the poor relation to the Hotel Metropole next door where we had to go for our excellent breakfast. Alfa Zermatt is badly in need of a face lift but it is certainly value for money considering the high cost of accommodation in Zermatt. While the room was miniscule, its fittings were very good and the bed was comfortable which is probably more important that the amount of space around it.
Very small room

The hotel is close to the train station and is relatively inexpensive for Zermatt; it's very basic inside and have small single rooms but it served the purpose on one night stay. The breakfast which is provided at the sister hotel beside it was excellent!

The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to my day. The spa and wellness area at the sister hotel was a treat, although I had to pay extra for the solarium. The transfer service from the train station was a nice touch.
Paying extra for the solarium was such a privilege, I mean, who wouldn't want to spend more money to use a tanning bed?
